Replace an Item :
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by IDAMOS SYSTEMS or its seller’s, you can request a replacement by emailing us.
- An Order may be repaired or replaced depending on the severity of the damage and defect, at the sole discretion of IDAMOS SYSTEMS.
- In order to help facilitate the replacement the customer must ship back the product within 5 working days in the original condition.
- In the case of a damaged or defective product the return shipping fees and shipping fees too and fro would be borne by IDAMOS SYSTEMS or It’s seller’s.
Exchanges and Replacements :
You can exchange or replace an item by contacting us via e-mail if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color :
- Exchanges are available for apparel, shoes, and other accessories that have a drastic difference from what is represented.
- For T-shirts, shoes and other wearable goods if the product is of a different size or color than purchased or not to your fitting, you may request an exchange.
