Refund Policy

  1. Refunds:
    You may request to cancel your order, however, all refund decisions will be made at the discretion of the event organizer.
    If an event organizer agrees to refund your order, they will refund your money within a maximum of 30 days.
    No refund requests shall be entertained for digital download goods (albums, EP’s, LP’s, etc) once purchase has been made.
  2. Refunds For Cancelled Events:
    We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of the event because we just take care of the ticket sale for the organizer of the event.
    The responsibility of cancellation of any event shall be on the event organizer. In case of such cancellation of event, the event organizer shall arrange for a refund and we shall process the refund upon the instruction of the organizer.
    The refund amount would be refunded back to the customer (refunded back into account that the payment was originally received from) after deducting Processing Fee / Service Fee Of IDAMOS SYSTEMS, Transaction fees, Taxes, or charges, etc.
    Refund for cancelled events depends solely on the organizers of the event.
  3. Refunds for Rescheduled Events:
    If any of the purchased event ticket is rescheduled by the organizer, you shall receive an email informing you about this from either the organizer or us.
  4. Refund Method:
    All the refunds will be done through online mode.
    The refund amount shall be credited in the same bank account or credit card which was used for making the payment.
