• Unauthorized resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

• Ticket is void if duplicated.

• If for some reason the artists listed are unable to perform for unforeseen circumstances, this cannot be the grounds for a refund.

• IDAMOS SYSTEMS is only a means for you to purchase your tickets. When your purchase your tickets online with us you agree to Indemnify IDAMOS SYSTEM of any claims or complaints arising with regards to food, stay, quality of food or stay, any mishaps including but not limited to death.

• Any complaints with regards to the food or stay, quality of food or stay must be taken up with the organizer of the event or the venue management. • If The timings or venue/location of the event/festival are subjected to change for any unforeseen circumstances, this cannot be the grounds for a refund.

• If due to any unavoidable circumstances like government regulations, weather etc. the party venue is shifted indoors the refund will not be processed.

• The Organizers/promoters of the event/festival reserves the right of program change, artist change,etc. and is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the ticket holders after purchasing tickets or liable for refunds due to changes in artist.

• The Promoter/Organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times and audience capacity without prior notice. These changes made cannot be the grounds for a refund.

• Rights of admission reserved.

• Frisking may be done. Should anyone be found with the possession of illegal substances, authorities would be reported about the issue.

• IDAMOS SYSTEMS does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event. The entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.

• Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
