American Authors Release New Video ‘Before I Go’.

American Authors recently released this heartfelt video for their track ‘Before I Go‘.

The single is off of their critically acclaimed album ‘Seasons’ which has garnered close to 30 million streams on Spotify alone.

The Brooklyn based band consists of Zac Barnett [vocals], James Adam Shelley [guitar, banjo], Dave Rublin [bass], and Matt Sanchez [drums].

The stunning footage was filmed at drummer Matt Sanchez’s wedding last October.

The raw footage depicts meaningful moments from the drummers special day.

The behind the scenes footage is like a feast for the fans of the American Authors, making them feel like a part of the big day.

The album ‘Seasons’ is inspired by the various change in seasons that they witnessed during the recording sessions high up in the mountains.

Each seasonal cycle informs, impacts, and inspires growth.

Touting airtight songcraft and sonic adventurousness, American Authors translate those cycles of seasonal change into genre-blurring alternative anthems, bordering pop ambition and rock spirit undercut by a rhythmic hip-hop boom.

The album distills a near-decade journey into a dynamic, distinct, and definitive offering for the quartet.

We really liked the raw vintage like feel to the video coupled with some heartwarming moments.

Matt adds:

“The video is about more than just our wedding – it’s a vow to the lifelong friendships and family that come together to celebrate life through love”

– Matt Sanchez
